You can return your order within 14 days after delivery. Please note that we do not accept items that have been worn or used, items that have been damaged due to improper use, or items returned after the 14-day return period.

To start your return, simply click the Start Return button below and follow the steps to register your return. To help us process your return as quickly as possible, please include the packing slip that was included with your order in your return parcel.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, as we do not offer free returns. If you return more than three items, an additional charge of €1.00 will be applied for each item beyond the first three.

Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund your purchase within 10 days using the same payment method as your original order. If you are returning your entire order, we will also reimburse the original shipping costs, where applicable.
