Returns

You can return items within 14 days after delivery. We don’t accept items that have been worn or used, items that have become damaged because of improper use, or items returned after the 14-day cooling-off period.

Please fill in the Return Form included in your order and mention clearly which item(s) you would like to return. Include your Return Form in the parcel and return to our warehouse below:

Unfortunately we do not offer free returns. You will be responsible for the postal costs of your return.

We will refund you within 10 days after processing your return, using the same payment method you used to place your original order.
If you are returning your entire order, we will also reimburse the delivery costs (if applicable).
